Aquarius is the eleventh sign of the Zodiac. Covers our calendar year from January 20th and February 18th. The symbol is a pictograph of water.

Aquarius is the waterbearer. Believed to be Jupiter, who covered the earth with water, to rid the world of the unworthy race that was there. He wanted to start over, but there were two people who were faithful to the Gods, and he allowed them to take shelter on Mt. Parnassus.

Deucalion and Pyrrha were spared, and, when the waters were receded, they were commanded to throw the &qout;bones of their mother&qout; behind them. They picked up stones and tossed them behind them. Those that Deucalion tossed became men, those that Pyrrha tossed became women.
